Mid-weight creative team
Lavender is looking for a mid-weight creative team for permanent roles in our creative department – both offering enticing salaries, great ongoing job security and the opportunity to work on some great accounts.
About the roles.
We’re looking for a fresh, motivated creative team who want to work in a team where talent, energy and fresh thinking are rewarded.
Mid-weight copywriter. Would suit a mid-weight with at least 4 years experience batting on heavyweight clients.
Mid-weight art director. We’re looking for a fresh, motivated thinker with strong conceptual ability, great DM examples and a healthy sense of craft.
Experience across retail accounts and evidence of an ability to use digital technology to create rewarding consumer experiences are some of the qualities we’re looking for.
