Reporting directly to the General Manager, the primary focus of this stimulating and challenging role will be to implement the organization’s strategic marketing plan, which has a key focus on Web/Digital Marketing, SEO and SEM, Social Networking and Events to drive Brand awareness and lead generation activities.

Key deliverables include:

* Production of all marketing materials for promotion and sales.

* Development and implementation of key marketing activity across the group
Organization of conferences, seminars and technology showcase events.

* Working closely with our creative teams in developing, planning and implementation of key campaigns.

* Website update, administration and lead generation.

* Update and manage content on all digital platforms.

* Working with the management team on marketing concepts and campaigns.

* PR and Media exposure


The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience as a marketing all-rounder in software related industry. Experience in web/digital marketing and skills in CMS, SEO/SEM and social networking are essential. Previous experience in generating PR and Media exposure is also required. A passion for web and on-line is essential as is the possession of high energy levels, ability to build strong networks within the IT industry, a good work ethic and exceptional communication skills. An ability to think strategically whilst also having the hands-on ability to implement will be a key to success. A marketing or related qualification is desirable.
