Our client is a leading international CRM company that provides retention solutions to major brands across Asia. They are seeking a General Manager to report directly into the President Director and take responsibility for developing new business.

The role also to:
• Manage the client service team with the Client Services Director
• Oversee the Operators and IT division with the Director
• Work closely with the Business Development Director's team to deliver proposals and solutions for new business acquisition.
• Building solid client relationships with existing business and prospects
• Overseeing the operations and finance too ensure clients are profitable
• Provide strong leadership skills across the organisation

You will need to have:
• Strong background in developing CRM solutions from either an agency or corporate background.
•  Outstanding team management and leadership skills
•  A proven track record in managing teams, building business and being responsible for P&L
• At least 10 years business & marketing experience
• Excellent presentation skills and a mastery of CRM principals
