We are looking for a senior art buyer with advertising agency experience who can hit the ground running in a busy creative department.
Managing and producing photo shoots for a number of large clients within a totally integrated environment, you’ll be working closely with the traffic managers and creative teams to ensure all jobs run smoothly, on time and on budget.
You’ll have a good understanding of the production processes and keen to be a step ahead with new trends and suppliers.

What will be expected?

Bring creative concepts to life through industry knowledge, creative intuition and thorough planning, while managing expectations in relation to budget and time.
Attend all briefings and co-ordinate pre-production meetings.
Purchase all services related to photographers, stylists, models, stock photography, locations and retouching.
Ensure timing plans are followed and adhered to at all times.
Create cost estimates in liaison with Traffic and Production Management.
Ensure internal sign off on all projects.
Negotiate all costs including usage, ensuring the agency is receiving competitive market rates.
Create, monitor and maintain a usage log of all images and talent and where necessary liaise with the TV department on integrated talent negotiations.
Develop and build strong creative relationships with agencies, illustrators, retouchers, photographers, stylists and make up artists.
