They are now looking for a superstar Digital Art Director who is hungry for an opportunity to push themselves creatively as far as they can go and make a huge mark on the international awards scene. This is NOT a bog standard Digital AD role – this is for the kind of talent who has the ability to come up with ground breaking ideas that will excite and inspire.

Specific skills:

1. An ability to interpret comms strategy and conceptualise accordingly.
2. A thorough up to the minute understanding of digital and social media and what is possible (or not) with the technology.
3. An aesthetic sensibility and hands-on design ability.
4. An ability to work with technologists to execute on the vision.

You don’t necessarily possess development or coding ability, although basic coding would obviously be beneficial. The primary focus is world-class digital ideas. An added bonus would be experience in and an understanding of other media too, but this really is a digitally focused hire, not strictly speaking an "integrated" one.

You’ll be able to work in a fluid team structure with a copywriter but also work well alone. You may well currently be frustrated in a not-so-creative agency and looking for an opportunity to do the kind of work that you know you are capable of. This is that opportunity!
