Creative Resources Manager I Up to $90K

This is a terrific position that interacts with every part of the agency from creative through to studio, production and senior management. You will be the go-to person when it comes to overall running of the creative services department from estimating to allocating, tracking and assisting throughout the whole production process. This means that you should have solid understanding of all mediums including digital, be terrific with timelines and budgets and be very much in tune with financials so that your department remains profitable at all times.
Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, you’ll have outstanding negotiation skills internally and with suppliers.
An ability to coordinate across all departments, you’ll be a natural when it comes to building solid working relationships with project managers, creative partners and producers to further enhance creative workflow processes. You’ll also be a star when it comes to creating a calm working environment for all. You’ll be highly organised, detail oriented and have the ability to multitask and prioritise with top notch written and verbal communication skills.
This is a big role and requires someone with some serious advertising agency experience and a great track record. Someone who loves what they do and who does it with real passion and determination to make the role their own. Someone who is truly in tune with the whole creative process and is absolutely creatively driven themselves. You’ll have a positive, happy to help, can do attitude and will always have a solution to every problem.
