We require an outgoing and enthusiastic person to manage all aspects of a busy national retail account.
Responsibilities:
Account Co-ordination
·Ensure efficient and effective management of accounts.
·Account management of operational issues.
·Ensure all work is delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
·Briefing media and creative.
·Updating work in progress document on a weekly basis, for internal work in progress meetings.
·Co-ordination of weekly WIP meetings with clients, when appropriate.
·Trafficking of work through the agency.
·Development of material advice forms and monitoring of despatch.
Account management of production process
·Account management of photographic process.
·Provide support for clients, and respond to client requests on a daily basis.
·Co-ordinate production requirements.
·Ensure brand strategy is adhered to.
·Writing and distribution of contact reports within 24 hours of client meetings.
·Maintain high level of work quality.
·Reviewing creative briefs and strategy with Account Director.
·Reviewing creative work with Account Director and GAD.
·Consistently tap into the Lowe network to identify strategies and tactics that have potential application in Australia.
Marketing/Communications Plans Execution
·Ensure that agency execution of communications plan is efficient, within budget, and timely.
Quality Control
·Effective and efficient working process internally and externally.
·Creative product is delivered as needed.
·Media plans fully support marketing objectives.
·Information is shared and forums are created to generate ideas that build client’s business.
·Financial Management.
·Ensure that proper accounting procedures are adhered to.
·Ensure that estimates are issued and signed on time.
·Ensure timely billing occurs.
Client Relationship
·Encourage a strong partnership based on openness and respect.
·Develop relationship with mid to junior level clients.
Housekeeping
·Ensuring filing is kept up to date.
·Ensure meetings are well set up.
Strategy
·Information sourcing.
·Development of competitive reviews every 6 months.
·To be pro-active, by keeping abreast of relevant information, and sharing with clients on a regular basis.
Must have at least 1 year experience in an agency or account management.
