Graphic design and communications agency seeks an Account Coordinator with solid studio and production experience to provide overall support for the agency.
The role:
* Reporting to the Account Directors, your responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Account Directors with daily administrative tasks
* Managing a range of clients and projects from initial contact to delivery
* Attending client meetings and presentations where necessary
* Preparing detailed estimates
* Scheduling of design and artwork requirements with the management team
* Maintaining relationships with clients
* Assisting with the writing of new business development initiatives and proposals
The successful candidate:
* Must have 1-2 years design agency experience, with a good understanding of studio and production processes
* Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised, you are unfazed by high volumes of work and thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines
* With an eye for detail, you are diligent and work well independently as well as part of a team
* With a bright personality, you naturally build and enhance client relationships
