Our client is a boutique creative agency adding to their creative staff. We are looking for a tertiary qualified candidate who can lead and inspire the team, lift the creative ante and act as a design/creative leader. Your experience must come from an advertising/design background, and perhaps you offer mainstream experience and would like to trade-off the pressurised world with a lifestyle balance and more reasonable working hours.

Lovely young team of about 10 staff, a growing agency, with a variety of work that includes print, press, lots of FMCG/BTL work. Skillset needs to be Mac based and proficient in and some TVC. Skills required are InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop with advanced skills in Adobe Suite.

Skill set required:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of creative or other relevant experience in an agency or marketing environment
• Superior writing skills with proven experience with message development and writing in different mediums (i.e. powerpoint, speeches, video, proposals, etc.)
• Excellent creative and artistic presentation skills
• Effective team-building skills (can get the most from their creative team)
• Understands the BTL environment
• Must possess excellent time management skills and have a sense of urgency;
• proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
• Demonstrated creative competencies: client focus, accountability for results, organizational sophistication, ingenuity and communicating ideas.
