Australian Community Media (ACM) has signed a three-year deal with discovery platform Outbrain.

The partnership will see Outbrain’s Smartfeed feature across all of ACM’s newspapers and sites, providing advertisers with inventory to connect with the publisher's audience.

“We’re excited to announce our partnership with ACM and support the company on its mission to serve premium regional audiences,” says managing director, APAC and growth markets at Outbrain Andrew Burke says.

“This is an amazing opportunity to provide advertisers with exposure to an often underrepresented customer base in regional areas, and find even more of their target audiences.

“Outbrain is continuing to invest in market leading tools and services which are all designed to help publishers better monetise their content and for marketers to reach and engage relevant audiences.”

ACM has more than 170 rural and regional newspapers and websites such as The Canberra Times, Newcastle Herald and Bendigo Advertisers.
