It took Goldilocks a few goes at finding the right bed, but as the family in this delightful Ikea ad shows, even when you do, sometimes others will punt you out of it.
Set to a cover of Mama Cass' 'Dream A Little Dream of Me', this Ikea ad plonks you in what appears to be very crowded family home - complete with mum, dad, three kids, grandpa and pets - all doing the nightime bed shuffle.
In a Rube Goldberg-esque sequence, each sleeping subject is deprived of their sleeping space by one person or furry critter throughout the evening. By the morning, the family has ended up in some pretty strange sleeping arrangements.
The ad by Swedish agency Akestam Holst is cutely quaint and instils in one the urge to buy brightly printed Ikea fabrics. As long as you leave aside the unlikelihood of sleeping comfortably and warmly in the back of your open station wagon (and without pants) in snow-covered Scandinavia.
