Leo Burnett Melbourne snags Grand Prix at Mobius Awards

Leo Burnett Melbourne's 'BYO Cup Day' campaign for Slurpee won a Grand Prix at the Mobius Awards.

Leo Burnett Melbourne has taken home a Best of Show award at the international Mobius Awards for its 'BYO Cup Day' campaign for Slurpee.

The Southbank agency won the Grand Prix in the New Media category for its already lauded and awarded campaign.

Leo Burnett Melbourne executive creative director Jason Williams said: "I am proud of the entire team for this outstanding result at the International Mobius Awards. This sort of thinking has transformed the way we and our brilliant 7 Eleven client approach ideas. That's the ultimate award!"

Sydney production company FSM also claimed a Grand Prix in the cinema category for its work on the Animals Australia 'Somewhere' campaign.

Earlier, Leo Burnett Melbourne had also won 11 awards in the program including four First Places for 'BYO Cup Day' and The Arts Centre Melbourne 'Box of Curiosities'.

Other Australian agencies and companies which were awarded were Alt.fx, Ogilvy Melbourne, Showpony Advertising and Host.
