Eric Stonestreet leads a toy army for Big W

He's back. Modern Family's Eric Stonestreet has fronted another Big W ad. But this time, instead of running through a store, he's giving a rousing speech to an army of toys.

In an homage to William Wallace or the St Crispin's Day Speech or any ye olde battle pep talk, Stonestreet is stirring a battlefield of toys to be ready for Big W's toy sale.

An infantry composed of Barbies, Spidermen and Ninja Turtles may seem like small fry, but it's quite a sight to behold. But in a kind of slightly creepy, Chuckie-esque, hope-they're-not-actually-anthropomorphic way.

The campaign, developed by Saatchi & Saatchi, will run across TV, radio and online. There will also be a digital app and a Viewa 'hover' catalogue to be included in Woman's Day.
