ARN appoints new finance chief Michael Harvey

Australian Radio Network has appointed Michael Harvey as chief financial officer. He will replace Cormac O’Shea from 10 April.

Harvey has previously held financial management roles at News Limited, Fox Studios Australia and CareerOne. O’Shea moves to London to take up the position of CFO for Clear Channel International, which owns 50% of ARN.

Speaking about both appointments, ARN’s CEO Ciaran Davis wished O'Shea all the best with his "incredible opportunity". He added: "We are very fortunate to have Michael to step into his place. With his proven experience, we are looking forward to the next phase of growth for ARN as we continue to position ourselves as the leaders in radio broadcasting in Australia.”

Harvey said ARN's future prospects were "well worth getting involved in. I cannot wait to join the team".
