Y&R Sydney reveals first work for Deloitte with diversity push

In it's first work from Y&R Sydney, Deloitte's is spread the message about the importance of diversity and inclusion.

Y&R has revealed its first campaign for Deloitte aimed toward raising awareness around diversity.

The campaign, which features the Melbourne Community Choir, also includes it own employees.

The film itself, showcases how disjointed organisations, communities and businesses would become if certain groups lacked a voice.

This is the first work from Y&R Sydney for Deloitte. Deloitte confirmed with AdNews it is only working with the agency on a project basis and declined to comment if it would be an ongoing partnership between the companies.

“It has been very exciting to do something that’s really fresh and different. Deloitte is one of Australia’s most innovative businesses, we always want to push boundaries and we believe this film says something new and different and that it will resonate with all Australians,” says Deloitte CMO Matt McGrath.

The campaign will be used internally and by the company to assert its ability to assist other Australian businesses with its diversity initiatives.
