Not served at the gym, can’t drink grease, not for breakfast – the complaints of burger lovers everywhere.

New York-based Night Agency has launched a new spot for US burger shop Schweid & Sons, encouraging people to “make burgers great again”. The spot is a parody of Leo Burnett’s ‘Like a Girl’ campaign for Always, with the fitting title, ‘Unstoppable’.

The three-minute spot uses the same tone, look and dramatic piano music of the Always campaign although the purpose is a little less serious, with men being asked, “Do we limit each other’s hamburgers?”

One man weighs in on how his burgers are limited: “I like to put mayonnaise on my burger. Last time I did that at Carl’s barbeque, Carl made fun of me in front of everyone.”

“I tried to eat one with a hotdog on it once, and people said you can’t do that," another says.

When he is asked how the comment made him feel he replies, “fat”.

Not everyone takes burgers as serious, with a woman being asked the same question, responding: “This is really stupid. This is like painfully stupid.” She even gives the camera the finger and drops the F bomb.

They then write their limitations on a box, like “not enough bacon” and bash the boxes with bats.

The ad is pretty silly and is intended to be tongue-in-cheek, but it does make you want a Good Morning Burger so kudos to Schweid & Sons.
