P&G's deodorant brand, Secret is highlighting issues that stress young women, such as asking for a pay rise and saying 'I love you', in the first ads from Wieden + Kennedy.

Wieden + Kennedy took on the creative almost a year ago, when they were handed the account from Leo Burnett without a pitch, Leo's remains on P&G's roster however.

One of the ads shows a young women trying to psych herself up for asking her boss for more money, the other centres around the ominous three dots that appear when I person on the other end of an iMessage is typing.

Watch the ads for yourself and tell us what you think.
