Sports brand Puma launches new iteration of the 'Run the Streets' campaign.

Athletic brand Puma has followed in the footsteps of Nike in a new Middle East led campaign.

Launching on the brand's YouTube page, the spot is a continuation of Puma's 'Run the Streets' campaign which began last year and has been fronted by celebrity, The Weeknd.

From creative agency Jungle Beige, the spot introduces the 'Suede Guerrillas', a group of young creatives who are seen skateboarding, driving and walking through marketplaces throughout the ad.

It fits into a larger trend by sports brands to address other demographics outside of America.

Recently, Nike released an Arab Women campaign to coincide with International Women's Day.

Adidas also launched the 'One in a Billion' campaign which was set in China and featured guest appearances from sporting icons, including David Beckham.

Puma's last major Australian campaign was the 'Big Shots' campaign from Ogilvy Melbourne, which included activations in Bondi Beach.
