Online shopping has made the world more connected. And now Australia Post wants to better connect you to your parcels.

It is part of a new campaign for Australia Post's new MyPost Deliveries service and MyPost card, which gives customers more control and convenience when collecting parcels.

The new TVC, by GPY&R Melbourne, shows customers the different ways Australian Post has streamlined the access to its parcel services and is designed to coincide with the start of the Christmas season, when people tend to ramp up their online shopping.

Australia Post executive general manager of marketing and customer experience, Greg Sutherland, said: “Australians have forever changed the way they shop and this is reflected in the sharp increase in parcel volumes we have seen over the past five years, particularly around the busy festive season."

“This campaign is all about letting Australians know they are in control and Australia Post is the only service which can offer them so many choices around where and when they get their parcels delivered, on their own terms.”

The campaign will run for two months intitally across TV, print, outdoor, digital and social media.
