Ovolo's newest campaign introduces two policies that will have guests saying "no f*cking way!".
Design-led hotel collection Ovolo is disrupting all the rules, giving guests what they want in its new campaign dubbed NFW!.
As part of its mission to deliver an effortless customer experience, Ovolo has announced a new price match guarantee and a flexible cancellation policy in addition to its existing freebies which include free in-room mini bar, social happy hour, wifi, self-laundry, breakfast and 24-hour gym access.
The hotel will now offer a new rate policy in which guests will be able to book the cheapest rates directly via its website.
If the rate drops at all, guests will receive the difference as a credit to spend anywhere at Ovolo.
The second policy introduces a flexible cancellation policy which will ensure customers aren't stung with hard-hitting fees for cancelling or swapping rooms prior to their stay, rather guests will be charged a small fee instead.
Ovolo founder and CEO Girish Jhunjhnuwala says that the latest offering is proof that Ovolo is determined to break the mould of what is a very traditional, cookie cutter and slow to react industry, whilst continuing to listen to their customers in an effort to create an effortless hotel experience.
"Effortless living is at the core of Ovolo, and by listening to our guests, one common theme kept arising and that was ‘FREEDOM’," Jhunjhnuwala says.

The new polices have been rolled out across Ovolo Hotels in Australia and Hong Kong.
