'The Darkest Light', LG Australia's latest campaign launches new TV range with 4-k technology to create a cinematic experience.

LG Australia, with Sixty40, has launched a new campaign for its new range of OLED TVs with 4-k technology.

'The Darkest Light', directed by Sixty40's director Tim Kindler, shows the story of a girl looking back over the moments of her broken relationship, contemplating the significance of the minute details that led to its end.

Through the ad, creative agency Background CC has created a cinematic experience to draw to the clarity of the new TVs.

"By engaging some of Australia's freshest creative talent from various creative disciplines and giving them, in essence, a blank brief, we encouraged them to create a film to demonstrate how incredible our screens really are", LG Australia home entertainment marketing manager Tony Brown says.

"Each year, LG's launch events set out to showcase the latest, cutting edge technologies that the company has to offer."
