Tennis veteran, Lleyton Hewitt, prepares for his retirement after 20 years at the Australian Open.

Lleyton Hewitt reflects on the role tennis has played in his life and for his future in the latest content campaign from Industry SuperFunds.

In the three long-form clips, Hewitt looks back at the highlights and lowlights of his career and the start of his family with wife, Bec Hewitt.

He speaks about his decision to retire after his 20-year stint at the Australian Open and how he expects the importance of sport to continue into his retirement.

In one video, Hewitt shows family pictures and videos taking the viewers back to when he first started playing tennis. Hewitt’s parents and his sister speak candidly about what it was like growing up with the world number one tennis star.

Playing tennis with his son, Hewitt says: “The main priority has always been the kids ... That’s going to be the biggest thing now.”

“I’m not nervous about the next transition and retirement. It’s something I’ve thought about for the last few years," he says in another clip.

The content strategy has been developed to coincide with Hewitt’s schedule and commemorate his 20 and final year at the Australian Open.

Hewitt is also the star of the Swisse campaign that has featured during the Australian Open.
