The Australian Workers Union has launched a viral campaign called the "The Abbott Family" which uses the classic 1960s The Addams Family TV show to depict Liberal Party leader Tony Abbott and the opposition as 'freaky'.
Images of Abott and his colleagues, including Julie Bishop and Barnaby Joyce, were superimposed on the faces of the Addams family, with the theme song rewritten as a jingle to show the AWU's view of the opposition's industrial relations policies.
