Euro RSCG will launch a press ad for Reckitt Benckiser’s hair removal cream Veet, to co-incide with the upcoming Sydney Comedy Festival.  The ad will first appear in the Daily Telegraph this Friday (19 March) in the Festival program insert.  The Comedy Festival will run from 19 April to 9 May.
Making use of the long copy format, Euro has produced an ad highlighting a very different creative style compared to most general hair removal advertising.   The ‘story’ takes the consumer on an emotional journey of love and how it feels to be loved, before revealing that without Veet there will be a problem with prickly legs!
“It’s intriguing and brings to life the underlining sexy femininity that radiates from having beautiful and touchably smooth skin,” said Rowan Dean, ECD Euro RSCG.
“Veet provides long lasting smooth skin, compared to razors, and makes women feel desirable, as well as being ready for whatever is around the corner,” he added
