Remember Tim Shaw? The words “But wait, there's more” have been ingrained in the Australian consciousness. The Transport Accident Commission has launched a funny new ad against drink driving using a very similar style.
Created by Grey Melbourne, the new tongue-in-cheek commercial is a significant break from the serious drink driving commercials the market is used to.
While drink driving is no laughing matter, the ad is a clear attempt at breaking through the clutter of public health and safety advertisements.
