Qantas: A wonderful world when social comes full circle

Louis Armstrong was right. It is a wonderful world. Qantas thinks so, and 5,000 of its customers answered the call to show just how in pictures via a Facebook competition. It's a wonderful social thing and the best pictures have been transformed into a short film onto its YouTube and Facebook channels.

Lara Hotz was the competition winner, landing two business class tickets and five nights accommodation to any destination on the Qantas or Emirates network.

Qantas Group executive of government and corporate affairs Olivia Wirth said the compeition was a massive success: “We were overwhelmed with the amount of customer photos we received, which highlights what a truly wonderful world in which we live.

“The photos that our Facebook community submitted are absolutely stunning and we hope everyone enjoys it as much as we have."
