OneShift recruits Whybin TBWA Sydney for growth push

Jobs site OneShift has hired Whybin TBWA Sydney as its creative agency as it plots a growth spurt.

Tasked with helping to drive "rapid growth" OneShift marketing director, Simon Porter said the agency had "already shown a deep understanding of our objectives and positioning".

Host was the previous ad agency. OneShift set to announce its first media agency next week ahead of a multi-million dollar media push.

The multi-channel advertising campaign will be disruptive, said the firm, as it looks to take on the likes of LinkedIn, which has taken a huge bite out of recruiters' meal ticket in recent years.

Whybin TBWA Group general manager Nitsa Lotus said the agency was "thrilled" to be working with the firm "which is truly challenging the status quo in the online job market".

“We are looking forward to producing best-in-class work that will drive serious business results and further establish the brand in Australia.”
