NGen and Pro Bono MFA finalists revealed

Six finalists from UM, OMD and Ikon have made the shortlist in the NGen Award category for the Media Federation Awards (MFA).

The MFA received 88 entries for the category, which tasked competitors to respond to a brief for Youngcare, an organisation dedicated to helping Australians needing full time care.

The category finalists are:

Rebecca Ho – Ikon Communications
Karlee Fancourt – OMD
Jez Clark & Sally Hickson – OMD Fuse
Mark Tzintzis & Camilla Wallace – OMD Melbourne
Robert Bellamy – UM
Paul Den & Kristine Ballensky – UM

Entry fees for the category will be donated to Youngcare, which was involved with the judging process.

Additionally, the MFA has unveiled two finalists for the Pro Bono/Cause Marketing category:

MediaCom – Starlight Children's Foundation, 'Bringing a smile to seriously ill children for over 10 years'
Mindshare – One Water

Entry fees from the category and $10 from each event ticket will be donated to the winning charity.

The Media Federation Awards will be held in Sydney on 27 September.
