Landor boosts creative team
Design and brand agency Landor has hired James Bebbington as design director, who joins from the London office. Bebbington has previously worked at 1HQ Vibrandt and Drinks Works. Landor has also appointed Luisa Scoppa to its creative team, who returns to Landor after two and half years at How Graphic Design.

Sydney Water appoints design and branding panel
Sydney Water has appointed eight agencies to a design and branding panel, including creative agency BWM. Other agencies to be added to the panel include Folk, Cobe Design, Pearshop, TVU, Art of Multimedia, L&L Design and Production and Proactive Graphics. Host is still Sydney Water's lead creative agency.

McCann Melbourne hires four
McCann Melbourne has appointed four new staff, including former JWT creative Pat Baron as senior creative, reporting to executive creative director John Mescall. Meanwhile, Sapient Nitro creative services manager Nick Finlay has joined as creative service manager, while Megan Jones has joined as senior account manager and Rob White as strategy intern.

Louie The Fly soars to 200,000 Facebook fans
The Mortein mascot Louie The Fly has reached 200,000 fans on Facebook, demonstrating the strength of the campaign which aims to save him from being killed off forever. Since its launch in September 2011, the Facebook page has been a campaign site asking people whether the Mortein brand should kill off the fly from its television ads.
