Iconic Australian brand Mambo has appointed digital agency Reborn to oversee its online presence.

Reborn will be responsible for the brand's digital approach and will focus on social and innovation opportunities. The digital agency won the account following a pitch.

Mambo global marketing and licensing manager Kelly Neve said: “We were stoked to see the level of enthusiasm from the crew at Reborn. On top of being able to demonstrate a great mix of strategic and creative thinking, we were particularly impressed at their 'Inter-Agency Ping Pong Finalist' status.

“We are excited to work with them, and we believe they have the drive and vision to assist us in meeting sales goals by igniting memorable conversations around the brand in 2012/13.”

Reborn creative director Jarrad Collings said: “We are excited to be appointed, it's a brand we love for its free spirit and unique creativity which as an agency we truly align ourselves with. Mambo is looking to deliver bold and brave communications in the digital space and we are excited to collaborate with them on that journey.”
