L'Oreal Paris has named Blake lively, star of teen US show Gossip Girl, as its latest celebrity brand ambassador following in the footsteps of Eva Longoria, Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez.
The partnership was announced by L'Oreal via an Instagram photo.
Lively, who is married to Green Lantern star Ryan Reynolds, is also famous for dating Hollwood A-lister Leonardo DiCaprio. She also starred in The Town alongside Ben Affleck.
The actress is also reported to be setting up a lifestyle website, that the media speculates will be similar to Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop.com site.
Locally, L'Oreal recently awarded its media account to Carat, after parting ways with UM.
