STW-owned agency Ikon has enlisted Faulkner Media Management's general manager Chris Graham as its new chief operations officer.
Graham was most recently general manager of Asia Pacific media consultancy and benchmarking business Faulkner Media Management, a position he held for 12 years. During his time with the company he oversaw its systems, operations and processes.
Graham will join Ikon on 11 March and will be tasked with managing the agency's dynamic trading department. He will also work with its national leadership team to develop ideas and initiatives for its five Australian offices.
Ikon national chief executive Dan Johns said in a statement: “Chris is a fantastic operator and leader; he will bring valuable skills and insights to our business helping us further develop our unique trading proposition. Operationally, we could not wish for a more thorough, disciplined and organised person to ensure our network of five offices in Australia receive the care and attention they need from the National Team.”
Graham said: “Leaving after 12 fantastic years with Eric and the FMM team will be really tough. At the same time, I am incredibly excited by the new challenges that lie ahead of me. I cannot wait for the opportunity to bring my media consultancy and operations experience to Ikon, an agency that I have always had the upmost respect for, driven by their transparency, client servicing and innovation”.
Faulkner Media Management's Eric Faulkner said: “We will be really sorry to see him go. He has been an amazing colleague, leader and friend over the past 12 years. Chris has played a massive role in all of our achievements. I would really like to thank Chris for his amazing dedication and contribution over the past 12 years and wish him every success at Ikon”.
