Property developers Landcom, Mirvac and Leighton have appointed Grey Group to handle the branding and communications for Sydney's Green Square redevelopment.
The Green Square project, situated in Zetland, five kilometres south of the CBD, is being developed by the three property companies as a consortium.
Grey won the pitch against a number of other agencies.
Landcom general manager corporate marketing Robert Sullivan said: “The Grey Group developed an outstanding brand concept in collaboration with Sean Rodwell Design. It's bold and imaginative and we're confident it will create instant brand recognition in what is a hotly competitive market and set the project up for future success.”
Grey Melbourne general manager Randal Glennon said: “It's one of the biggest urban redevelopments ever undertaken in Australian history so it's an incredibly exciting project to be involved with. It will be up there with international projects such as those rejuvenations of industrial areas in London, New York, Barcelona and Melbourne.”
