Skincare brand Ella Bache has appointed Host as its creative agency to roll out an ambitious marketing strategy for the cosmetics category.

Host was appointed following a pitch and takes over the account immediately. The agency will work across brand development, retail campaigns and Ella Bache's e-commerce program. BMF had previously worked with Ella Bache.

Ella Bache marketing director Samantha Bragg said: “We're thrilled to have appointed Host as our lead agency following a competitive pitch. We have some audacious goals planned for the future and needed a partner who could work with the team to produce some ground breaking work in the cosmetic category.”

Host managing director Suzie Shaw said: “We're thrilled to be working with Ella Bache. They're a company with a great culture and some really exciting plans ahead.”

Ella Bache sells its own line of branded skincare products and operates approximately 75 retail outlets across Australia. It also has concession stands within David Jones.

Host has recently picked up work from Campari, Sony Playstation and Lion brands Yoplait and King Island Dairy.
