Manion joined from Jack Morton Worldwide, where he was creative director for the past three years. He is focused on digital, social and experiential.

The Melbourne creative department has grown by five including team Garret Fitzgerald and Joe Hill, who have come from BMF Melbourne.

In addition, Clemenger BBDO Brisbane's Cam McMillan has joined as art director. Mustard Creative's James Croxford and Intrepid Travel's Adam Slater has come on board as a junior team. Croxford and Slater were in the top three of their class at AWARD School.

BWM chief creative officer Rob Belgiovane said: “BWM has been re-engineering our creative teams to ensure we're continuing to deliver our clients cutting edge, fresh ideas from some of the brightest creative minds in the industry.”

Recently, BWM's creative director of five years, Rocky Ranallo, left the agency.

BWM also hired its first executive creative director in Melbourne, Murray White, earlier this year.
