Atomic 212 hires MediaCom 'TV champion'

Atomic 212, the agency that launched four months ago with Dick Smith Electronics as a founder client and Barry O'Brien and Jason Dooris at the helm, has hired MediaCom TV specialist Ashleigh Hall. The agency now has 40 staff on its books.

Hall will report to ex-Carat head of supermarkets Claire Fenner, now 212 media director, as media manager and “television champion”. CEO Dooris said that was a role that Hall had played at MediaCom for clients including Westpac, St George, RAMS and BT Brands.

Dick Smith Electronics gave Hall a wrap.

“Ashleigh has made an immediate positive impact on our business at a time where the business continues to grow and demands the best people to lead us on this journey,” said Dick Smith Electronics marketing procurement manager, Craig Murphy.

CEO Dooris said Hall brought “acutely detailed TV buying skills fused with creative thinking,” to the agency.
