Andrew Voss helps Maccas tackle burger myths

By Rosie Baker | 14 March 2014

Rugby commentator Andrew Voss has stepped in to help McDonald's tackle customer questions about its burgers as part of its Our Food Your Questions transparency drive.

The initiative launched late last year and McDonald's has been rolling out a series of online videos and TV ads to bust the common myths and misconceptions around its food.

Voss is on hand to talk customers through the process of making a McDonald’s burger and banish the idea that it uses a microwave.

The question posed online by Lachie in Adelaide asked whether McDonald’s ever pre-makes and microwaves its burgers. It is answered by McDonald's national director of operations, David Howse with Voss providing the commentary.
